Additional Guest Information

★ AGE
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in.

★ CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. 
Checkout is 11 :00 AM.  
Easy check-in process similar to hotel resorts. Bring valid ID and credit card. You receive your key cards at front desk of Tower 2. Take elevator up to 23rd floor.

★ RESORT FEE ($0.00)

Enjoy access to Signature and MGM Grand resort amenities with NO RESORT FEES (save ~$42 per day).

★ DEPOSIT

At check-in, MGM will put a hold on your credit card for an amount between $100 to $300 (depending on length of stay). This is for incidental purchases (i.e. room service, pay-per-view TV movies, spa, etc). Any unused credit amount is promptly returned to your credit card after check out. Cash/check NOT accepted for a deposit.
✧You can review any charges to your folio anytime from the room TV menu to verify there are no mistaken fees

★ PARKING
Free Valet Parking (subject to availability).
Self-Parking at MGM Grand in case Signature valet parking is full (~ $15 per day fee may apply).
Valet parking hours: Sunday to Thursday – 24 Hours with Friday & Saturday
hours of 5:00 AM - 2:00 AM (subject to availability).
Motorcycles are not eligible for valet parking.
Oversized parking is not available.

★ POOLS
FREE access to all three MGM Signature Tower pools

Pool season is generally between mid-to-late March through late October, (depending on the weather).
At least one heated pool is open year 'round.

✧Your room access card grants you free access to the pools at Signature as well as the MGM Grand Pool Complex / Lazy River. Do note that pools may have limited capacity and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Availability is also subject to change pending on weather and safety policies.

★ FITNESS CENTERS -
24/7 FREE access to Towers 1 and 3 (key-card access required)
No gym at Tower 2.

✧Towels are provided by the hotel at the pool and fitness center areas. They can be picked up and dropped off at designated towel stations.
✧Guests can utilize facilities and services (pool, front desk, parking, etc.) in any Tower regardless of which Tower they stay in.

★ SMOKING

The MGM Signature is a smoke-free property (not even on your unit balcony) with the exception of smoking sections near each lobby and the MGM Grand casino. Smoking or vaping in any suite will result in a $300 charge to the credit card on file.

★ CLEANING FEE & HOUSEKEEPING

The condo is cleaned to COVID-clean standards before each reservation, but there is no daily housekeeping provided. Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily or mid-stay housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) or cleanings can be provided upon request for an additional fee (not paid to Signature MGM).

✧Signature MGM staff will NOT provide any housekeeping service. If you have any issues, please contact the host.
✧If you have any cleanliness issues during your stay, please contact me on Airbnb.

★ BELLHOP SERVICE
Available bellhop service to store luggage before and after your stay

★ Wi-Fi ACCESS and TV
MGM Signature's public Wi-Fi in condo and throughout MGM property
MGM Signature's standard TV system with PPV movies

★ ADDITIONAL GUESTS
No charge for additional guests, so groups with more than 4 guests also avoid Signature’s charge of $40+ per night per extra occupant.

★ LAUNDRY
Washer/dryer in-unit laundry access in unit stay for 7 nights or more 
Fee-service laundry room is located near the Tower 2 lobby (key card)

★ NON-GAMING PROPERTY
MGM Grand Casino is short walk away for your gambling desires.

★ MAINTENANCE
We have a full team available to assist you as needed. Any maintenance requests made after 4pm will be addressed the next business day.

★ RENTALS

Roll-a-way beds, cribs, and highchairs are NOT available. All MGM resorts offer wheelchair and scooter rental for a fee (contact the Bell Desk or Concierge for info).

 What are the hours of operation for Starbucks (Tower 1)

• Are there any "hidden" fees for your stay?

No. The Summary and Details tabs in Step 3 of this online booking process breaks down overall pricing.  County lodging taxes apply.

• Why does the cost change when I select my dates?

Room rates fluctuate based on supply and demand. Dates during a weekend or popular events in the area are likely to affect rates.

• Can I book on a monthly basis for a longer term stay?

Send us an email request. 

• Can I get a discount / lower rate?

If you find a lower reservation total on Signature’s website, please feel free to contact us for an assessment of our total rate fee.  

• What is the difference between booking here vs. through the hotel?

When you book with us, there is not Resort Fee.  That is an savings of approximately $42. This privately owned condo is directly managed and rented out by the owner. Booking through us still provides you access to the same services and amenities as guests who booked at more expensive rate with MGM directly. Do note though, daily or mid-stay housekeeping is NOT included. A third-party housekeeping service is used and authorized by Signature MGM to service the unit. Signature staff will not assist with any housekeeping.

• How far are you from The Strip?

The Signature is 0.5 miles from The Strip (apprx 10 minute walk)

• Can I check in early?

Early check-in can be authorized for an extra fee if there is availability - inquire with the host. Otherwise, standard check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. If you arrive early, you can still process your check-in. You are allowed to store luggage at the Bell Desk and request temporary keys to access the pool / fitness center areas if you wish. If you would like to guarantee immediate access to your room, considered booking the prior night.

• Can I check in late?

Yes. The Front Desk in Tower 2 is open 24/7 to check-in.

• Can I check out late?

Sorry, but we do not offer late check-out so as to minimize disruption to housekeeping. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. It may be possible to leave around noon, but please try to leave before housekeeping arrives. Your room key will deactivate at 11:59 AM on your departure date. After checkout, you can store luggage at the Bell Desk and continue to use your keys to access the pool / fitness center areas for the rest of the day. If you would like to guarantee access to your room until you depart, consider booking an extra night.

• Can I send mail to the suite?

Address packages to The Signature with the following address:

     First and Last Name (HOTEL GUEST - Arrival date)

    135 East Harmon Avenue

     Las Vegas, Nevada 89109

Be sure to write the recipient's name on the package, followed by the words "Hotel Guest" and their arrival date.

Guests can pick up packages at the Concierge. All packages are subject to a processing and delivery fee based on the weight of the item (about $7 per 15 pounds).

MORE FUN STUFF

✧ MGM Grand Garden Arena is a five- to eight-minute walk using the air-conditioned indoor moving walkways.
✧ Top Golf Las Vegas is a five-minute walk downhill on the well-lit outdoor pathway accessed by your key card.
✧ Wet Republic is a three-minute walk, adjacent to the MGM Grand Pool Complex.
✧ T-Mobile Arena abuts New York-New York, which connects to the MGM Grand via pedestrian bridge. It's a 10- to 15-minute walk from the MGM pedestrian bridge.
✧ Allegiant Stadium is less than 2 miles from MGM Signature, a 10-minute Uber/Lyft (est. $11) when using rideshare/taxi lot area at roundabout outside Tower 1.
